There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB109(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. And so, CSHB 109(JUD) passed the House. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the Judiciary Committee letter of intent (page 2770). There being no objection, it was so ordered.. Representative Brice later gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 109(JUD), and the reconsideration was taken up then.
